Overview
In accordance with Article 23 of the Chemical Substances Control Act, it is a system that requires facilities handling hazardous chemicals to establish and operate an emergency response system to ensure safety and minimize damage in the event of an accident.

(*Less than the lower regulated quantity - exempt from filling out the plan) |
