Overview
This is a system to promote the safety management of chemicals distributed domestically by those who manufacture or import chemicals by checking whether they contain hazardous chemicals such as new chemicals, existing substances subject to registration, and toxic substances before manufacturing or importing them and submitting the details. (Article 9 of the Chemical Substances Control Act)
